To enrol your child or children onto our weekly classes please complete the enrolment form below.

Step 2. We’ll send you a thank you email to acknowledge your request
Step 3. We’ll provide a link to set up your direct debit
Step 4. Click on the link and set your direct debit up
(Please note, your session place will only be held for 48 hours whilst we await your direct debit to be enabled)
Step 5. We’ll see you at your first session!!
1. Sessions are defined as 45 minutes weekly.
2. Sessions run during term time only in line with and dictated by your Local Authority.
3. Unattended sessions will not be refunded.
4. If you miss a session or are away, you can request to attend an alternative session in the same month on a different day / time, subject to availability.
5. Session venues and times may be subject to change at any stage.
Direct Debits
1. Our prices are based on a monthly subscription spanning 12 months. Direct Debits are therefore taken throughout the full calendar year. Payments are spread equally over 12 months.
2. Pricing may be subject to change at any stage. We’ll provide you 30 days notice of any price changes in writing.
1. It is mandatory to wear full Lion Cubs Play & Learn football kit to all sessions.
2. Kit must be purchased ready to wear for your first session. You are required to make a one-off kit purchase of £30. This is a mandatory requirement for all enrolled children so that our classes are professional and the kids feel part of the Pride together.
3. Our kits are charged on, at direct cost price. 50% of this cost will be refunded as a goodwill gesture once you are 6 months into your direct debit payments.
1. You can cancel your subscription at any stage.
2. Cancellation requires 30 days notice and must be provided in writing to our email address contact@lion-cubs.co.uk
